NEXORBIT TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED provides complex, bundled IT solutions. Our refund policy is defined by the following terms:
Aggregated Services
Fees paid for third-party licenses or cloud services bundled by us are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
Consultancy Fees
Charges for IT audits, business process analysis, and strategic consulting are non-refundable once the service is delivered.
Custom Software
No refunds are issued for custom software or automated workflows once the deployment phase has reached the «User Acceptance» stage.
Hardware Components
Physical IT hardware can be returned within 7 days only if the packaging remains factory-sealed. A 20% restocking fee applies.
Project Deposits
Initial project deposits (typically 30-50%) are non-refundable as they cover resource mobilization and vendor commitments.
Milestone Payments
For large-scale digital transformations, payments made upon the completion of a project milestone are final.
Technical Support
Monthly IT support or maintenance retainers can be canceled with 30 days’ notice, but no refunds are given for the current month.
Service Incompatibility
No refunds are issued if a service fails due to the client’s existing hardware not meeting the pre-defined technical requirements.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 15 to 21 business days.
Transaction Charges
All refunds are subject to a deduction of 5% to cover administrative costs and bank transaction fees.
